What is raw and how can a raw lifestyle help improve your health and quality of life? Join Certified Raw Food Consultant/Instructor GeVonna Fassett as she shares the benefits of adopting a raw food lifestyle. Create and taste raw food recipes. Handouts will be given for you to take home and make what you have learned.
