Some people are reluctant to try Acupuncture because they have had bad experiences with needles at the doctor’s office. But Acupuncture needles are much smaller than hypodermic needles. You may feel a slight prick but then it should not hurt. Rather, you will feel energy sensations of tingling or warmth or movement on the channel. And it may seem surprising, but these needles can produce very relaxing states of being that can help calm anxiety.
