I have been practicing Massage Therapy, Core Synchronism, Shiatsu and Polarity Therapy since 1997, when I graduated as a Natural Therapeutics Specialist from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. After completing all 7 levels of Core Synchronism, I earned the Certified Core Synchronism Practitioner designation and have been honored to assist my sister Alyssa Gillespie in teaching Core Synchronism to others since then. Core Sync is still my favorite modality to practice because it is very deep and profoundly healing yet very gentle and relaxing to receive.

In 2003, I completed five years of training in Herbal Medicine, Structural Therapy, Psychophysical Re-education, Nutrition and Acupuncture from the Chicago College of Healing Arts, and became a certified and licensed Acupuncturist. I continue to study Aromatherapy and often incorporate essential oils into my treatments.
I specialize in combining Massage techniques, Acupuncture and Core Synchronism into deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatments for body, mind, and spirit. My clients value being able to receive many modalities combined into one treatment that is adapted to their needs. In addition to treating pain, sleep disorders, and stress, my years practicing as a birth doula and being a mom have led me to specialize in working with children and women through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause.

Elemental Heath was inspired by my time in New Mexico, where most talented therapists worked in a shared office space, enabling their practices to be completely unique and under their own autonomy. Elemental Health is a place of wellness and empowerment for our therapists, as well as for our clients.
